Website & Booking Terms
Important information about using this website and booking CEIC services.
Last updated: 11 September 2026. Programme-specific proposals and signed agreements take precedence over these general terms.
Website information
CEIC aims to keep information accurate but programme content, educators, venues, dates and prices may change. References to universities or colleges describe programme locations or collaborations and do not imply endorsement unless expressly stated.
Proposals and bookings
A booking becomes binding only when CEIC confirms acceptance and any required deposit is received. The proposal will specify scope, inclusions, exclusions, payment schedule and cancellation terms.
Fees
Indicative website prices are not final quotations. VAT, venues, travel, accommodation, meals, interpretation and other programme costs may be additional. Invoices state the currency, due date and payment instructions.
Programme changes
CEIC may make reasonable changes to educators, venues or schedules where necessary, while maintaining the intended learning outcomes. Force majeure and circumstances outside reasonable control may require postponement or alternative delivery.
Intellectual property and conduct
Course materials remain the property of their respective owners and may not be recorded or redistributed without permission. Participants must follow venue rules and behave respectfully.
Liability and governing law
Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to that, liability will be governed by the applicable programme agreement. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
